Notes:

Elizabeth Guthrie was the youngest child in the family. Her estimated birth range is about 1819-1824.

As a minor child legally orphaned at her father’s death, she was assigned a guardian, her own mother, Elizabeth (Wingfield) Guthrie. At her mother’s death, that guardian became her brother, Nicholas Guthrie.

Elizabeth married a cousin, John Glenn Wingfield on 11 Nov 1843 in Amherst County, Virginia.

They are mentioned in a Chancery Court Notice published in the Lynchburg Virginian in 1846: Considering that they did not show up for court as expected, they may have left Virginia. By 1850 several of Elizabeth’s siblings had moved to Missouri.

The 1850 Census of Amherst County, Virginia does not list a John G Wingfield household.
