The execution of a deed from JNO Gibson to JAMES GUTHERIE was duly proved in open court by the oath of THOS. DOUGLASS one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be registered.

The execution of a bill of sale from SAML. GUTHRY to EDWARD TRICE was duly proved in open court by the oath of JNO. BUTLER one of the subscribing witnesses and ordered to be registered.

Ordered that Wm. POE a base born child aged 2 years last May be bound to JAMES GUTHRY until he arrive at the age 21 to learn the art of farming.
